Purchases and Refunds

Prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply. Refund requests are considered within 14 days if under 25% of a course is completed. We may decline refunds if terms are abused.

• Do not attempt to bypass security or access others’ data.
• Do not upload content that infringes rights or is unlawful.

Intellectual Property

We and our licensors own content and trademarks. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use courses for personal or authorized team use.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using services at any time; sections that by nature survive will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved in San Francisco County courts, unless otherwise required by law.
